Glimmer

Terms

Effective 26 October 2026

In short: buy a widget once and use it on up to three of your computers. If it isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days.

Who you're dealing with

Glimmer is made by Scott Davis Labs ("we", "us"). Purchases are sold and processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, under its buyer terms. Questions go to hello@glimmerwidgets.com.

Your license

Refunds

If Glimmer isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of buying for a full refund. A refunded key stops working at the app's next license check.

Services you connect

Glimmer reads GitHub, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and your local git repositories only when you connect or point it at them. Your use of those services stays under their own terms. Glimmer depends on what they make available, so a feature can change if a service changes.

No guarantee it catches everything

Glimmer is a helper, not a safety system. It can miss a build, a pull request, a calendar event or unpushed work, for example when a service is unreachable or your calendar hasn't synced. To the extent the law allows, Glimmer is provided "as is", without warranties, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed meeting or lost work. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update them here with a new effective date. The terms in effect when you bought keep applying to that purchase.

How Glimmer handles your data is in the privacy policy.
